I have tried so many sleep programs but this one I have found to be the best!

This is a really affective way to fall asleep if you get woken up multiple times a night like I do by my little one and struggle to settle back off to sleep. If you can get passed the accent, (which is a little funny), the techniques are really good & very relaxing. I fall asleep every time I listen before getting to the end!

I found this usually helped or did get me to sleep 💤. 90-100%
I also found that because I kept listening to it would get to sleep
easily, but not always. it depends on how bad my illnesses are.Thankyou you Glenn and Audible.

I couldn’t get over how the way he talked sounded like tv villain. Not very relaxing - voice part ended about quarter way in but continued to play with silence. Just listened to it, still wide awake but now thinking of Guy Ritchie. May help some but I feel even more restless than before now.
