I was pleasantly surprised with this audiobook. Some twists and turns, that kept me interested. The only ick moment was at the end, all the lovy dovey stuff was too much. had to force myself to listen to it. As the title said, this was a easy listen to relax to.

This was my first Shifter audiobook and I loved it, the narration is done well.
Seline is a hybrid half wolf half warlock and her mate is a wolf alpha he rejects her.
Seline is living a hard life even for a warlock She is a bartender who has to pay a debt that her mother runs up to vampire lawn sharks, She is close to the mayor who is an old vampire, and grows close to another warlock who turns out to be her father,
Austin is her mate and he rejects her to save his pack even though his pack mates don't agree with his decision. The females in the pack need help getting jobs and ask Seline for help which angers the elders. In the end, Austin's decision have a bad impact on Seline's health, and time is running out.

I downloaded this book today 12/09/23 and I've 4 chapters left. Oh my god, I love it. The story is so good, and I'm on the edge of my seat to know what's next, I need more books in this series or more books by this Author 🥰

Strong characters in a plot with good twists. Development in all the characters and plot is steady. This was a new to me author, and I wasn't disappointed. This book is worth your time.
