What’s not to like about a hero trying to rescue a damsel in de stress despite having the order to prove her guilty of a crime against the country? Is he off the rocker or is he sensing that maybe it’s not just as it seems? Are the suspected villains really as bad as portrayed or just good actors? Who is being worse than expected? There is a lot of action and suspense, drama and emotion and a HEA. Or isn’t there? A twist at the end leaves the door open for the next stories, with the promise that the dangers are never fully extinguished and life is fickle. Already hooked on the further stories I didn’t even need a reason to follow all our characters further. Many lives still to be sorted and many more exciting adventures expected. And the narrator is at his best to make listening a must to enjoy the stories even more.
