About this listen

Twenty years ago a man made a child he never intended to love. Ten years ago the world ended, and Emma turned her back on the man she believed was her father in an attempt to survive. Eight weeks ago she discovered the truth about her family, including the sister she never knew she had. Last week she had her heart broken by the one man she never imagined giving it to. Yesterday she turned her back on those she cared for in an attempt to help them survive. Today she plans on hunting two men to the ends of the broken Earth. Not to save the world. Not to make the world a better place. Tomorrow she plans on getting revenge.

For an end of the world scenario, the love story is a bit of a drag but it’s there

I downloaded this from the Plus catalogue and absolutely loved it - I was gripped from the start. Great storyline and I really enjoyed the narration.

Couldn’t believe the whole series was freely available! Would definitely recommend.

I feel this book didn’t have a huge key action moment to really draw you in like the first book. The characters and the relationship the group had was similar to that of ‘The 100’ tv programme.
The love/hate relationship was a bit of a drag throughout .
The key character was really well written though.

A good story and it linked welll

Enjoyed these three books. I can imagine it working well as a film or tv series. My only complaint was all the God references in the third book.

Good concept
