This story grabs your attention from the very start. Gwen is a Dhampir a vampire's only predator. When she is captured by the Royale coven, She must keep this fact a secret. This grows incresingly difficult as she now craves vampier blood more than she ever has. The world building and the characters in this story are great. The Royale brothers are scrumptious.
The plot is facinating I look forward to the next book. the narration is excellent.
