But her band of rebels cannot be trusted — the humans hate the vampires, the vampires hate the fairies, and the fairies hate everyone. Brittany has no more faith in them than she does in herself.
If the rescue attempt fails, Brittany’s aunt will die and Brittany will be banished to who knows where. But if Brittany doesn’t try, her aunt will spend the rest of her days in the clutches of the evil queen. What’s a teenage witch to do?
