About this listen

US Marshal Raylan Givens is back in action, with a federal warrant to serve on a dope dealer named Angel Arenas. The state troopers are impressed when the marshal struts into the convict's hotel room without drawing his gun, but Raylan soon finds that Angel's already been the victim of another crime; one that's way bigger than a bit of pot, and clearly the work of a professional...

What’s not to love.
Another great story with wonderful characters interwoven beautifully in a twisting plot.

This was great, I enjoyed this from start to finish. Great story, great characters, and brilliantly narrated by Nick Landrum, who brought each and every character to life. Highly recommend this if you're an Elmore Leonard fan!

'Raylan rocked!'

As a massive fan of Justified , it was a pleasure to see where Raylan and Boyd evolved. Excellent and well worth the time. I imagine i will listen again soon. Which speaks volumes how good it is. The names changed and slight altering from basic premise of the show, BUT still was a pleasure. "We dug coal together". Raylan and Boyd real men.

Harlen county style.

Raylan has appeared in earlier novels by Lenonard. Here he was an entirely different character.

I sincerely doubt Leonard has written any of this novel - except his signature at the end of the manuscript.

On top of that the narration was disappointing, but then again the poor narrator must have found it hard to get inspired.

Is this reallly Elmore Leonard?

Poorly narrated story that was all over the place. The accents and voices (particularly womens) were awful.
Big Elmore Leonard fan but this was a let down sadly.
