As a fellow peloton member I can whole heartedly say that you captured me from the start. I love your classes as they encourage in a good way and you feel part of a big team, so now learning of your journey has made me reflect to things that have happened in my life.
Great for reflection, learning how to plans and that it is ok to change direction it ultimately do what is right for you to be the person you want to be.

Being a huge peloton fan and Ben being my number one instructor and Leanne a very close second (her ex Sheeran ride is by far the best ever though - sorry Ben) this was a must read for me.

His story is so powerful, and relatable in so many ways. I am very grateful to be part of the peloton community despite my many injuries….. I am currently at the Army Rehabilitation Centre trying to rehab my knee so I can continue to do what I love - cycle.

Thanks for sharing such a powerful story and give me the kick up the butt to change….. even little changes will help, this book told me that. We didn’t come this far to only get this far.
