Eye opner for me. So much i can change

I would have liked it to be more instructional, but a brave book and worth listening to more than once to fully grasp the concept, and how to recognise your ‘shadow’. Some advice on how to deal with people after you have done a work sheet on them would be helpful - and yourself, other emotions that could come up etc.
