Černokněžník a jeho druhové, vědma Mirena a vůdce záhrobní vlčí smečky Goryvlad, musí čelit nejen svým vlastním nepřátelům, ale navíc se připletou i do války, která otřese trůnem přemyslovských knížat. Druhá kniha série Černokněžník, jejíž první díl Vládce vlků získal nominaci na Cenu Akademie Sci-fi, fantasy a hororu.
