This Author is so clever. Her books are so imaginative and her Iniquus world is like no other I’ve ever read about. I love the way each book is so different but it’s all connected in a convoluted way but one you can understand. I get hooked from the first page to the last from this Author’s books. Because you never know where she will take you. I love the characters, especially all the K9’s. Radar was such a special dog as are they All but I loved the connection he has not only with Xander, but also with Elyssa too. The audible narration was excellent as well. I can’t wait for the next book now.

Xander and Radar not have trained together as much as they would like....but they are still an unstoppable team, especially when they find Elyssa. They may initially meet by accident but both Xander and Radar know instantly....she is theirs. Theirs to protect, theirs to love, an important member of their pack, she completes their team in a way they didn't know they needed..
But being theirs may not be relevant if they can't stop the crime family who have finally got all their plans in place and aim to bring the world to it's knees in an unprecedented attack. It's an enemy they have clashed with before, and whilst they slowed them down last time they clashed, they didn't stop them. Now, it's not only Elyssa's safety at risk, but millions of innocents, as they have managed to put in place unimaginable plans....plans that will end the world as we know it.
So many brains at work, and A LOT of thinking outside the box is the only way to halt the plans, but Xander, Alyssa and Radar will give everything.... including their lives if necessary.
I LOVE Radar, but I also really, really like Xander and Alyssa, it is awesome to see Xander change his behaviours without realising it to accommodate Elyssa's needs and health issues.
A fantastic book on Audible.
