I think that Correy's age (he's 51 when he wrote it) makes his advice and wisdom that he often talks about in his other books and videos get an even more mature and calm note to it. It feels sometimes like listening to a wise sage.
The reason why it's 4 stars out of 5 for me is more for the technical reasons. There are a few moments in the audiobook when some parts were repeated and not edited. Also it's because some of the quotes start with "I don't remember who said it, but...". These are great quotes and talk about timeless wisdom, but this is s book about quotes. Seriously, you couldn't do more research into who these quotes are from? This is a book and not an article or a video.
Otherwise, great work. It was fun to listen to and dive into Correy's mind and life experiences. Big recommendation!
