About this listen

When we hear the term quantum physics, the first thought that comes to our mind is Einstein and his theory of relativity. Of course, it goes without saying that there is much more to quantum physics than that. Physics is an excellent medium of explaining a million different things starting from heating a cup of coffee to gravitational pull. There is no real limit in the discipline of physics. It involves matters that are as huge as the galaxy to things as small as neutrons. This audiobook deals with the smallest side of it, which is the branch of quantum physics.

Throughout the course of this audiobook, you will get a much better understanding of quantum physics starting from the basic concepts to some in-depth information. You will also see a lot of math and calculus in the audiobook since quantum physics uses many concepts from those subjects. Don’t dread listening through, even though it might sound dreary and difficult. I don’t intend to scare you with big equations and calculations, as this audiobook will not make you a physicist. The sole aim of this audiobook is to simplify quantum physics for the common man who has no idea what it entails and how it affects our everyday life.

I have put the audiobook together in a way that should make the subject matter much simpler to understand and maybe interesting to someone who normally hates science. I assure you that by the end, you will have learnt more than you normally do by just staring blankly ahead in a classroom. If you are a curious student, you will definitely know more about quantum physics than before.

In this audiobook, you will learn:

  • What quantum physics is
  • Theories of matter
  • Wave-particle duality
  • The Einstein-Podolsky paradox
  • Applications of quantum physics
  • And much much more!

I liked this audiobook because when it comes to science like quantum physics, the unexplained can often be explained. The stories were great, and the explanations of the experiments that changed the way we think of the world were fascinating. The narration was also good.

I always found quantum physics intimidating, but this audiobook broke it down in a super easy-to-follow way. It doesn't overwhelm you with complex terms; instead, it makes you feel like you're grasping the basics. From understanding how the tiniest particles affect our everyday lives to learning about the vastness of the universe, it opened my eyes to the fascinating world of quantum physics. This is the perfect intro if you're curious but need help figuring out where to start.

Quantum Physics breaks down a tricky science topic in a super friendly way. As someone who used to find science scary, I was surprised by how easy this audiobook made everything sound. The writer explains complicated ideas about tiny particles and big theories without using confusing words. Even though there are some math parts, the book promises not to turn you into a math genius - just to help you understand how science works in everyday life. By the time I finished listening, I actually felt smart about quantum physics, which is something I never thought would happen!

This audiobook completely rearranged the way I was looking at the world. I honestly hadn't expected to be wowed by something as obtuse as quantum physics, and yet it broke things down in a way that, at best, felt relatable yet mostly exciting. It really was not about understanding terms but about seeing connections that reach into everyday life which I had never noticed were there. There were several moments when I would just stop and say, "Wow, this changes everything." The narration made it feel so casual, which kept me engaged throughout. It is one of those listens that hangs with you long after it's done.

Mind-blowing yet approachable
