The original printed book was probably quite good, but the audiobook version is terrible. Page after page of equations - it just doesn’t work in spoken form. Especially matrix formulae read out in long form (“open bracket one zero zero new line zero one zero new line zero zero one close bracket”). The parts that are actual prose are pretty good but this audiobook is impossible to listen to and I abandoned it in chapter 3.
Very disappointing.
