Hazel is a nurse, who has alway put others before herself. She is the rock people expect . Even if this has caused her to believe she would not find love.
Miles is a police Detective who follows the rules and one is not get attached, his only attachment is Annabelle his border collie. A collie who has great character and believes her own needs a push in the right direction.
When Annabelle goes on the run and brings Hazel and Miles together, the humour and romance come into your ears. This is a great fast listen, who has a great feel to it.
