The title says it all. A super charged MFM hockey romance. LB has upped the anti in book 2 of this series and I loved it. Hayes Armstrong and Stefan Christiansen have shared in the bedroom before, and when Stefan sees the connection Hayes has made with his secret crush Ivy Samuels (sister to Ryker from book 1), he jumps on the chance to manipulate a ménage à trois between them. And yes it seems that Ivy is happy to be the centre of their meat sandwich, and let me tell you, she gives as good as she gets. Not the shy little wallflower I first though she was, but the perfect puck to their sticks, and what happens in Vegas doesn’t necessarily stay in Vegas. A super fun, super sexy, highly entertaining sweet romcom.
Word of warning, make sure your earbuds are in tight. Narrated in duet by my faves - Teddy Hamilton and Jacob Morgan, the kings of dirty talk, and Samantha Brentmoor who matched them word for word.

I am so freaking here for this new series of MFM Hockey Romances from the genius writing mind of Lauren Blakely. After all, why have a sexy and romantic relationship with one athlete when you can have two...at the same time!!! Sign me up.

This is another wickely funny, sassy, heartfelt and HOT romance from one of the Queens of the genre. It has her trademark sparkly wit which is beautifully portrayed by her new audio muse, the Samantha Brentmoor. I mean...if you don't fall in love with her sinfully decadent but also earnestly charming and adorable voice on the spot....then there is something wrong with you. The menage Queen herself returns as Ivy, our heroine who is trying to branch it out on her own as a fashion blogger but after her cheating ex trades her in for her boss she feels a bit adrift. Desperately in need of a side hustle she becomes a local Hockey Team mascot and meets new guy Heyes and team captain Stefan....and sparks fly!!

You will simply melt while listening to this, this is an audiobook to be indulged in and enjoyed at leisure as the heat levels rise and you find yourself swept up in it. This is enhanced by the fact the Menage Queen is joined by the delectable and uncomparable Jeddy duo who are always fan favourites and don't disappoint here. The chemistry is positively nuclear level heat in this one, these three are ridiculously hot together.

Teddy Hamilton plays newly traded Heyes who is longing to finally stay with a team and prove himself to the new owner. He can't afford distractions but Ivy proves way too tempting for his resolve as she calls out to his primal needs. Jacob Morgan is excellent as team captain Stefan who is an old friend of Heyes and always the life and soul of the party but actually hides a deep feeling of loneliness and a craving for belonging too. One drunken night at Vegas leads to a rush wedding between Ivy and Heyes who agree to a fake relationship for appearances but then there is the undeniable pull of Stefan in the mix and they suddenly are all questioning....what is it they really want.

Its a beautiful and addictive listen and I just can't wait for the next one in the series. I need more!!!

Follow Ivy on her journey to get the life she desires. After rage quitting her job, she finds herself a new one, whilst attempting to start her own social media channel.

She finds herself caught between two guys Hayes, the new guy. He is a little hesitant with her at first. But soon gets into his stride and even shows her his wicked and domineering side.

And

Stefan, the team captain. A viking with an affectionate and cheeky side, who recently split with his partner and who has been pining after Ivy for a while.

This book has everything. Fun, swoony sportsmen, and lots of surprises along the way.

The narration by Samantha Brentmoor, Jacob Morgan and Teddy Hamilton is spot on. The three have such great chemistry and sound fabulous together.

Another page turner, spicy with a story line to match!

Something I love about this series (so far) is the communication, a lot of romance books miss their potential because they get stuck in a basic lack of communication between characters. This series however has demonstrated how you can have a great story with more depth and character development and less frustration when reading because they actually communicate! It’s just very refreshing - I highly recommend.

I read and listened - Both options are great and the voice actors did a great job, I love the duet format so it’s the cherry on top!

Keeping this review short because I’m off to read 2.5 (it’s on the authors website) - Enjoy!
