I loved this book, it is explained in great and clear terms. It is full of insights and teaches a great, different, approach to hypnosis. I also loved how it was narrated and I particularly appreciated the chapter structure, with stories to begin with, explanations in tbe middle and sessions transcripts at the end.

Interesting book made rendered dull and impotent by the narration by someone who seems disconnected from the topic. Valuable info I would buy the book not the audio.
