Summary

A friend recommended this to me, and although crime thriller fiction is my go to genre, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. To my surprise, I was captivated from start to finish. The cases are compelling, but the author’s personal journey and her reasons for becoming a private investigator are just as engaging. I could easily seeit working perfectly as a podcast, opening it up to a younger audience as many of the cases offer meaningful insight into what healthy and unhealthy relationships look like, making it both entertaining and thought-provoking for all of us!.

Really enjoyable, hard to put down. Well described investigations. Couldn't wait to hear what happened at the end of each case. Would definitely recommend it.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I downloaded this book but I'm so glad I did. Private Lies gives a brilliant insight into the world of the PI . The author does a great job of story telling aswell as letting us in on what it really entails being a PI from the mundane stakeout to the triumph of when a case is cracked. I very much hope there will be a sequel.
