This resonates on so many levels. It’s a beautifully put together collection, honest, humorous and with a genuine self awareness.
I think it will also resonate with many women who recognise their own patterns of behaviour and toxic relationships.
I have a spine injury and chronic pain and insomnia and these poems have helped me relax into sleep in a way none of my hypnotherapist’s tapes, apps, doctors, drugs or counsellors have been able to.
I can’t put a price on that, I’m just extremely thankful.
