Interesting
Some of the points made in this book are quite interesting but as a European they might seem a bit over the top. I was disappointed that Ray didn't narrate and only had a short piece at the start.
Still, sort of an interesting book with some tips that I never would have imagined thinking about.

A realisation for the normal person
For the average person, who hasn’t been in the military, or ever exposed to an outdoors life, or a life containing trauma or danger. This book is an eye opener to how much reliance the average person has on society, and how quick that may fall apart and leave you vulnerable, and unprepared.

Thought Provoking!
Really clear and easy to follow book that has certainly got me thinking. I’ll be definitely trying to implement a lot of these strategies in my life. Really glad that Mike read the book himself, I’d really enjoyed watching/listening to him on his podcast appearances. Good guy.

Really disappointing
I’ve enjoyed Mike on a few podcasts but this is just over the top garbage. For any European I can tell you this is 100% not for you, the quote “your sitting with your wife having a glass of wine and you say to her what if someone came though the front door with a gun now” was enough for me to turn this rubbish off. Mike also speaks about teaching your dog code words for how to escape a fire in your home. Maybe this is applicable for Americans but for people in the Uk, this audiobook is a complete waste of time
