Beautifully written & read book encompassing Ayurvedic rituals.... a yogi’s delight!

Loved every single sentence of this book, Mira reads with passion & compassion. It’s thoughtfully constructed into bite size chapters. With some simple ritual ideas that can be easily implemented into life to encourage mindfulness & happiness.
