I was wondering how the 2 of them would finally get together, and this did not disappoint. we get a ton of tension in this slow burn, small town, friends-to-lovers, grumpy-sunshine, sport romance. There is some mild family drama too, but their relationship is the focus here.

Loved this book, it was a brilliant listen. Spicy and sweet at the same time! Childhood friends that drift apart but at the last minute come back together.
