Honestly, it highlighted a lot of things that I already knew. It also made me think a little bit more about everything. I have depression and anxiety, and I know it’s tough to be with someone that suffers from those. I feel like it also tells a little more of the story for those that don’t completely understand what it’s like to be inside the head of those who do suffer from mental illness.

While it is normal to worry about issues such as divorce and financial problems, when these thoughts become too intrusive and unrelenting, they may wreak havoc not only on your personal life but also on your career and professional relationships. I myself suffer from panic attacks, anxiety, heart palpitations, and constant worrying. This book has helped me overcome it all.
