It seems one of the great books for beginners to learn Polish. The author makes sure to make it easy enough to follow and to learn if you aren't promising enough to have a teacher.

it's OK, if you are familiar with any slavic language, since it's just a communicative course , there is no grammar. but it's good for those who needs basics for speaking

I tried learning Polish from other sources, I did learn a lot but primarily material I might never use. This audiobook tackles the very foundations of the language up to a basic and decent conversation.

He tells you the polish first then the English, so you have no idea what he's talking about until you've heard the English which by then you've forgotten what was said

Absolutely awfully bad. The English is repeated several times, but not the polish. I speak English already, so it’s the Polish I need repeated. Somehow I am supposed to learn many Polish words from hearing them just once. It’s Polish I’m learning; repeating the English is of no use.

Too many words are introduced at a time before I have learnt the first. They are grouped grammatically but out of grammatical context. Polish is a highly inflected language so context is critically important to match the correct form of a word with the surrounding words. Something like “Be am is are was were been being” is not a phrase or sentence, let alone a useful one.

Unlike this rubbish, a good course has simple, useful, polite words and phrases from the start, repeated carefully and regularly revised. It isn’t easy learning a Slavic language for people who have grown up without hearing one regularly, but a good course like Pimsleur Polish (available here on Audible) helps a lot with something useful from the first lesson onwards.

Don’t buy this useless course.
