You will be my witnesses: God's work in the next generation – a conversation with Phil Knox, Alejandra Ortiz, and David Cupples about opportunities among Gen Z and the strategic importance of student ministry.

Today's students will become the pastors, politicians, teachers, doctors, and parents of tomorrow. With a growing spiritual openness among Gen Z, the question is: Who is shaping them?

On this Voices of IFES, Head of Supporter Relations, Matthew Norris-Silva, hosts Phil Knox (Head of Gospel Impact at Evangelical Alliance UK), Alejandra Ortiz (IFES Secretary for Research and Global Conversations), and David Cupples (Presbyterian Minister and former Trustee of CUI Ireland) in an IFES webinar.

They share their own insights into the spiritual hunger of Gen Z, how we can respond well to it, and why student ministry is a vital way of reaching them and shaping lives for the future. Finally, with IFES World Assembly 2027 coming in June, Matthew illustrates the transformative impact of this global event with two stories from past participants.
