In my mind it was a little short, I would gladly have continued listen either with more content or deepening of the subjects already on the the book.

loved this audio book. I think all drummers will have experienced mental blocks in their progress. George strips it down and explains with total honesty, humour and clarity the mental reasons and ways to overcome them. since listening I have changed my practice sessions and have seen a big improvement. although aimed at drummers I think George's insight would benefit all musicians.
