I liked the other additions to the series quite a bit but this new one is just... boring.

The whole story just feels like it goes around in circles and has no kind of trouble for the MC whatsoever.

Guys rebelling in a alien race? Oh, lets just let them capture us. Not like they can kill us or anything...

There was no challenge to the story, turning it into a bad slice-of-life book with sci-fi characters.

Got worse, boring.
