This book is a gift to anyone going through a challenge in life. A beautifully written insight into a personal battle that many people face. Adele made me laugh out loud and cry. A story of passion and positivity even in the darkest of moments. A must read (or listen) one of the best life stories I have listened to.

Wow , blown away but this book. So many things touched me far deeper than I knew they would , I cried a lot reading this but I also laughed a lot and found myself realising that it’s how we choose to deal with the cards we have been dealt . Incredible I could not put it down.

So honest and inspiring, hi I just loved it 🥰 just wanted to read it to soak it all in , I had a colostomy fitted in December 2023 and such z as shock and life changing journey, your story off hospital resonated with me made me laugh and cry, me and Tinkerbell my stoma feel proud to be in your club and we know now we can do this with confidence and tumbles along the way, but we know we are not alone, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️ xxxxxx take care, much love ❤️
