I found this book amazing and was glad the author was actually reading the book as I was able to connect more. The information is true and I have used the protocol with my family sorting conditions that doctors failed to do. It filled the gaps of what I needed to do for my health, so important and I am grateful to have come across it. Highly recommend it for this that need to find out of what they need to do for their chronic pain if not for them then for their loved ones who may have chronic pain or inflammation. Now, I know where to start, that is usually the hardest and until the finish. 👌

Probably the worst audio book I ever wasted my time listening to, no information of any value, mostly advertising for himself and no real scientific information at all, all he does is quote other books with little credit, and the voice is awful! Like listening to PRN audio!
