“Loving the slight scent of urine on him”. Wtf! That is just gross!

This book is getting returned! This is a real line from this book.

Plus, the narrator is awful.

Where Did This Come From?

First, the narrator came across as a creepy old lady. It absolutely killed any listening experience. But, she didn't have to work to hard to kill the story because it was dead out of the gate. What a stupid storyline and I refused to insult my intelligence by continuing with it. Both H/h were total idiots. If the narration hadn't stopped me from listening, the bad storyline would. I've had this audiobook in my library for months and still can't finish it. Would not recommend.

Excellent story but...

the narration wasn't so good, she did alright for the white character parts, she just sounds like an very old white lady for the Black female characters and for the younger white female character.

Pretty good

This book was interesting because it added drama with more than the main characters. It had a HEA for more than Patrick. One thing that should have been let out is the stereotype about a woman left to raise a child alone; apparently the author never watched Maury or Jerry Springer; this comes in all races. The narrator wasn’t bad. Interesting storyline from beginning to end.

I liked the story but that Narrator

Please use a different narrator. I almost didnt finish because of her. I did like the story but her voice was torture. I couldn't imagine her as Kerri.

Read don’t listen

OMG this is the worst narrative I’ve ever heard. There was no different reflection in the character’s voices they all sound the same. The voice was to heavy and husky narrator did not seem to enjoy read this book. Please never use this narrator again.

Watching Love Grow & Bloom

I must say, that I really enjoyed reading this Book! THOROUGHLY. If it's one thing that was a negative... was that the Narrator sound as if she was 90 yrs. 😒
But this book is a repeat read.💖
