awful narration and corny repetitive story telling. the E-cises term he tries to coin is cringeworthy and it's all wretch and no vomit, the information never really comes. this stuff is nothing new it's like basic functional training patterns used today by any therapist worth their salt.

I am a physiotherapist and I'm always interested in reading new ideas around treating persistent pain. I have to say, most of the things I read are really useful and make sense with my own knowledge and experience although the ideas may be new. I myself have persistent pain. With this book, I had to stop halfway through the first chapter as I heard so much utter nonsense. Seriously? How stupid do you think your readers are? All chronic pain is caused by muscle imbalance WTF? People used to understand pain better in the past, No they didn't. They were told to shut up and get on with it or told they were making it up and just suffered in silence. There is more chronic pain now because we are more compassionate so we recognise it and don't ignore it.
