Story
Three twins? It does sound rather odd, doesn't it? But this is another of Emil Tischbein's adventures with his old friends, the Professor, Gustav and Little Tuesday. This time they are by the sea, but of course their seaside holiday won't be ordinary. And when they become entangled with the mystery of the three acrobat twins and the wicked Herr Anders, it looks as if they are in for an extraordinary adventure.
Summary
The irresistible Paddington Bear, who was found in Paddington station, returns in this reissued novel, with a brand-new cover design.
'Oh dear!' said Paddington, 'I'm in trouble again.' Somehow trouble always comes naturally to Paddington. What other bear could catch a fish in his hat or cause havoc in the Browns' kitchen just trying to be helpful?
Critic reviews
"I've always had great respect for Paddington.... He is a British institution." (Stephen Fry)
"Paddington has joined Pooh as one of the great bears of English children's literature." ( The Teacher)
"Michael Bond's accident-prone bear...has become one of the most enduring of children's characters." ( The Bookseller)
