A must read for the peri menopause

I have followed Kate on insta for a while and love her approach to fitness and strength in the menopause.
The QR code gives access to the videos, and they are pretty tough - for context, I’m a Pilates teacher and think of myself as pretty fit yet I found this challenging so I had to adapt (cheat!) initially but very soon could do the full versions of the exercises. 2 weeks in and I’m feeling so strong, I’m sleeping like a log and can see and feel changes already.

I have read a few menopause books but there is nothing like this one. The best part of it for me is that Kate has given us everything we need to implement sustainable lifestyle changes. She has included a pdf, menus, recipes and even gives us access to a 30 day programme of exercises to follow..beginners and intermediate! I'm feeling excited to get started :)
