The book offers valuable content, but the absence of the supporting files referenced throughout makes it difficult to fully engage with the material and apply the exercises effectively. Without these resources, it’s challenging to get the most out of the book and truly experience the authors’ vision.

I love the coaching real leader podcast so was excited about this book.
The book in audio format doesnt quite work as there’s no pdf of the graphs and quadrants referenced in the text, but the anecdotes and advice is still valid and helpful.
