This book helped me to have lots of lightbulb moments- good explanations and advice.

Insightful and optimistic

Informed by science and relatively helpful to frame ADHD as a superpower. Allowed me to make sense of my diagnosis.

However, the reading is done poorly, it sounds like a computer generated voice and doesn't know how to pronounce certain words, especially for words like "G-d", which is a spelling of God for those of the Jewish faith. It's not read as 'gee hyphen dee', sounds like the reader wasn't even paying attention to what they were reading, or perhaps it truly is a computer generated voice.
