Overcoming stress

I did not find his voice at all relaxing and his southern accent was annoying. He should have had someone less amateurish to read the script.

This is great

This guide relaxes me and can put me to sleep at night. It is one of the few meditation s I have in my arsenal to help with anxiety and panic disorders. Thank you Glenn.
