About this listen

It's time to start enjoying your life again in spite of fibromyalgia!

Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain disorder comprised of many symptoms and associated issues. The total complexity of this condition is such that it is often considered all-consuming. The day-to-day lives of people dealing with fibromyalgia are constantly affected on physical, mental, and emotional levels - often displacing all the dreams and aspirations once enjoyed before this unfortunate disorder took hold in the patient's life.

Millions of people are affected by this unfortunate syndrome in every facet of their lives, every day. If you or a loved one suffer from FMS, it's time to educate yourself and take your life back today! In this book you'll find a straightforward approach to educating patients with not only what FMS and its challenges entail, but what you can do about it and where you can find the support to finally take your life back and start living your dreams again!

This book sounds like it has been narrated by a robot or a sat nav and constantly repeats the same sentence twice over in a loop. All in all this makes it very annoying to listen too which is rather self defeating. All the information is very basic and can easily be found for free on line with any google search or reading the FMS guidelines. Other than reminding you that your not alone in your illness which is important I would say this book was a waste of money. It's is also totally American orientated so many of the test treatments etc it refers too are not available or accessible in the UK.
