This audiobook while a little on the long side has so much in it that you won't regret getting it! In book 1 I learned about my attachment style. Truly an eye-opener! In book 2 I learned all about the dependent personality and how it relates to narcissistic tactics and gaslighting. Also, how to set boundaries. In book 3 I worked on my attachment style and my self-esteem. In book 4 I was really taken by the connection between true self-compassion and happiness. This does not do justice to this book though. There is so much more to it. Suddenly you will see everything in you're relationship clearly. Everything will make sense. Get it!

An abundance of invaluable information can be found within these pages; it is a complete toolkit to empower us to step away from emotionally abusive relationships, heal, and rediscover ourselves. I found the section (also sprinkled throughout the work) about setting boundaries particularly eye-opening. Healing ourselves is the big one here, and this listen promotes self-care in so many ways. A must for anyone recovering from narcissistic abuse.

I gained tremendous clarity on why I repeat self-sabotaging patterns despite intellectually knowing better. By focusing on rebuilding self-trust, I now feel more empowered to set boundaries and seek secure connections. If you find toxic relationship dynamics hijacking your happiness, do this inner work!
