A book of many personalities, medical journal meets autobiography meets health & well-being advice
My introduction to Peter Attia has come through his Disney TV series with Chris Hempsworth on Longevity and many podcasts he has been on!
The second half of this book is more in the space of these forums with autobiographical stories and really important and helpful practical advice, tools and techniques for health and well-being. I really enjoyed this part.
The first 8+ chapters is more medical journal with a level of detail that was too much for me but probably great for medical students! Maybe it was harder to process as an audio book. I will probably go back and listen again.
Still lots of good takeaways and learnings from the book.
