About this listen

A man of few words, Boris has a firm way of saying no, but Jan knows he's her mate. Despite some less-than-subtle overtures, she hasn't had much success in getting her bullheaded moose to notice her, but all that changes when her life is put in danger. Suddenly the damaged soldier keeps finding excuses to come to her rescue, but as far as Jan is concerned, her mate is the one in need of saving.

I never thought I'd enjoy a story about a moose shifter, but I'm so pleased to be wrong. This was a fantastic, action-packed story, with well-developed characters you can't help but love.

Boris's intentions were good, though I wish he would listen to Jan more. She more than proved herself, and I admired how she never have up on him even after he went through serious trauma. also l Also, Jan's parents made me laugh so hard. I would love to see a big family gathering with those foxes.
