This is a great collection of healing meditations - super relaxing and they work! The music and the narrator's voice are so soothing.
I especially like the chapters where we focus on observing and releasing. I find this method really works for me, as it helps me with acceptance - everyone has a suffering, and right now, this is mine.

This book is amazing. From the words, music to the narrator's voice...so relaxing and hypnotic!!
I suffer from a lot a back pain but I hate taking pills! I found this book really helpful as it helped me to focus and relax physically and mentally.

The music and the narrator on this audiobook are just so incredibly relaxing! I got this for my mum for her leg pain and then listened myself to the deep guided meditation which I absolotuley loved. I just felt so calm and relaxed but also rejuvinated. This is one of the few mediation guides that I am going to keep handy and listen to often!
