I usually like Craig Beck's stuff and find him quite insightful. Like all his others, this book is well paced and well narrated.

But it's all very dated. It is like he is advising people when Plenty of Fish was the only option.. Talking about your one profile picture, your 500-word profile to show your personality and sending unique and original emails on your computer. I actually think it would sound a little dated when it was first written in 2014.

I know through experience the only ones worth using are ones that use swiping in the first instance, so you only bother messaging people that have shown some interest in you in the first place. Tinder, Bumble, Happn etc.

And the girl he called Charlotte in his stories, who gives advice at the end and sounds like a kind of person I'd like to slap rather than date.

I have listened to nearly all of Craig becks audiobooks and all of them have been fantastic. This has been really helpful in helping me create an online profile that will attract the right woman in my life. Also it has helped me prepare myself for the inevitable rejection or reject situation. Excellent book would recommend any of Craig Becks audiobooks to anyone!
