The narrator completely spoilt this book for me. Great shame as I usually like Paul Finch’s books.

Couldn’t stop listening. Thoroughly exciting and enjoyable. It made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

I love Paul Finch but this is this story has little to offer. It’s a shame but it’s not very good.

Slow and dull

Great story but at times difficult to follow given the changes in dates. Worth trying to follow.

I’m normally a huge fan of Paul Finch books but this is badly let down by the flat narration.
In places its very stalled and comes across as if it’s the first time the narrator has encountered the text.
A potentially good story, sadly let down.
