The topics were honest and relatable—things like burnout, time pressure, and learning how to speak up for yourself. It also didn’t shy away from hard stuff like discrimination and stress. But it wasn’t all negative either. There was plenty of practical advice that made me feel more prepared and less alone.
The narrator kept it easy to follow, and it felt like a seasoned nurse was just sitting down and telling it like it is. If you're just starting out in nursing, or even thinking about it, this is definitely worth the listen.
