I've read a number of self-development books but this one really spoke to me. It has made me challenge my beliefs and has got me to take a good hard look at where I am not showing up for myself in life. What I liked most about it was that it was honest about what you have to do to have the life you want. It didn't sugar coat it and addresses personal development from a refreshing perspective. This is definitely a book I will return to again and again.
