L'enregistrement présente une qualité très médiocre, avec des vitesses de lecture inégales entre les phrases d'un même paragraphe. Parfois, les aspirations sont très prononcées et distrayantes. De plus, trop de bruits gênants sont captés par le microphone, peut-être des vibrations ou des coups sur la table. Ces éléments rendent difficile l'immersion dans le récit. Néanmoins, la voix du lecteur est agréable à écouter.
