Simon never ceases to amaze with his brilliant writing, suspense throughout, twists in the plot and good humour to boot, Colin as always reads beautifully, please don’t let the series and partnership end!

I've listened to the whole series and hope there are more to come! Colin Mace does an excellent performance (as usual) and each of the characters are distinctive.
Simon's writing is just faultless! I put the book on in every spare moment I had as it was so good. Really sad that I've finished the series (so far!) but I really hope there's more to come.

Really enjoying Charles Holborne Legal Thrillers, gripping, great story lines, scary at times. Love the jewish background with his
mum and dad and brother, so close and traditional.

I’m at a bit of a loss now having just listened consecutively to all 8 books! Such a great character with enthralling insight into a fascinating period of London’s history…. And Colin Mace’s performance as the various characters is as good as his Flashman was!

Holborne finds a novel way to outwit the Krays while finding love and happiness with Sally and a final reconciliation with his mother. Another fine read.
