Summary

Mit Hilfe einiger Krieger nimmt Sakenwah die Ermittlungen auf und gerät in ein Netz aus Intrigen und Korruption, bei dem ein mächtiger Rinderbaron seine Hände im Spiel zu haben scheint. Für Sakenwah und seine Gefährten spitzt sich die Lage dramatisch zu.
Hermann Oppermann wurde 1937 in Hannover geboren und erlebte dort den Zweiten Weltkrieg hautnahe. Nach turbulenten Jahren zieht er sich in ein Blockhaus in der Wildnis Kanadas zurück und beginnt dort Bücher zu schreiben: zuerst Western, doch schon bald probiert er sich in verschiedensten Genren aus.
