Noah is rich, successful and a grumpy man. He is looking to slow things down in his life. Lily is the owner of the towns local diner owner, who always tries to see the good. Noah starts to buy the apartment above Lily’s diner, problem Lily is trying to buy it them as well. The real estate agent forgets to mention that to Noah. Soon Noah finds the town and Lily are not happy with him, and he has no idea why.
We have misunderstanding, miscommunication, and twists.

✔️ I don’t understand the title.
✔️ Stop using the word *grumpy* to describe anyone that doesn’t dance like a unicorn and shoots sparkles out their backend. Sometimes, men are just … wait for it … stoic or just rude-natured. *shrug*
✔️ No one is enemies with anyone, so I don’t know how that trope got thrown in the description. I mean there’s drama and dramatics but that doesn’t come from our MCs so I’m un clear.
✔️ Age-defying is actually quite the turn of phrase from the usual *age-gap* so props!
✔️ I can’t say that I enjoyed the narration that much because although I did like Morgan Scott as a female narrator, she did not narrate Noah as I pictured him based on the storyline. Her voice didn’t go deep enough in my opinion.
✔️ Soooooooo, yeah, not a hit for me *shrug*.
