Summary

Family always come first. Until now.

No more waiting. Tthe new novel from the number one best-selling phenomenon Martina Cole is here, and it's pure Martina gold. No Mercy is a heart-stopping roller-coaster ride of a listen that proves there really is only one Martina Cole.

Diana Davis has been head of the family business since the death of her husband, an infamous bank robber. She's a woman in a man's world, but no one messes with her.

Her only son, Angus, is a natural born villain, but he needs to earn Diana's trust before she'll allow him into the business.

Once he's proved he has the brains to run their clubs in Marbella, he is given what he's always wanted. It's the beginning of a reign of terror that knows no bounds.

But Angus has a blind spot: his wife, Lorna, and their three kids, Angus Junior, Sean and Eilish. And as the next generation enters the business, Angus has a painful truth to learn. Even when it comes to family, he must show no mercy....

Take a break please

I was waiting for this book like thousands of readers, so was so disappointed when it cane to it.

Story has no soul. There's a lot which just doesn't make sense. Not to give ending away but it felt like MC just wanted the book finished so decided to just blame it on someone.

No background as to why..

I'd like my money back for this audiobook please.

MC needs to take time off from writing to get some more ideas worked through.

That's ask my opinion and I'm sure some will disagree.

Killer to catch quick??

This book was put to me as if there was a killer on the loose and needed to be caught quick smart?!.. apart from a couple of killings at the start which to be fair didn’t get carried on in the storyline we had to wait right till the end of the book before anymore and even that wasn’t a random killer.. ok book but not what it originally makes out it will be. Not 1 of Martina’s finest pieces of work. If I’d of known I wouldn’t of read it.

not the best of Cole

the Take and the Family were amazing, but this last book is a bit thin on plot and motivation

Sadly I didn't enjoy this book

Although I liked the narrator, the book was just not up to standard. There were too many characters to remember, it felt like a telephone directory. The ending felt predictable, as there didn't seem to be enough people left, after the big shoot out.
I know you get to expect bad language in a Martina Cole book, but it seemed far worse than usual, and unneccessary.

No Mercy

didnt think it was as gritty as previous books I read by her.
The story line was a little thin and then in last few chapters rushed to a conclusion.

More cliches than a vicar at a funeral

No story thin plot totally without any realism.

The characters weren’t even legends in their own tea times. The writing is poor and ms Cole should know better than to offer this cheap knockoff to her readers thought she might improve after last time but no writing to a formula don’t waste your money or time on this book this author is definitely off my reading list
